"Progress Update 2"

1. Mathematical Methods
  • How did you "generalize?"I did the same steps i did when i was finding the width, Height, Girth, Lenght & Volume, but I replaced the number with X. for example (84-6x)(X)(X)
  • How did you set up your axes when graphing?I took the function I got & made a scale that would fit the X&Y axis for graphing.
  • How did you organize your data into different tables? I organized it depending on the shipping method & the box design.

2. Mathematical Vocabulary
  • When writing your new post, use proper mathematical vocabulary.
3. Process and Solution
Clearly communicate your findings. What did you discover when you put all your findings together? I found that if the height & the width are equal my function will be maximized.

  1. Nice update, Corliss.

Just some notes on your post:
    1. Needs more explanation for "I replaced the number with X. for example (84-6x)(X)(X)." I understand what this means, but the external evaluators won't be able to.

    3. This is a fascinating finding. Can you explain a little more with your examples?

  2. To me you explained it well but you could of went into more details about certain steps during this pratice PBAT. I think you should note this down be sure to include in it the real PBAT. =]
